Returns & Refunds Policy
We quality check our items before shipping to ensure they meet our quality criteria. Unfortunately we realise that sometimes items can become damaged during shipping. In the event that this happens to you, we ask that you reject the item from the delivery company or provide proof it was damaged during transport. We will always try our best to work with you and arrive at a satisfactory agreement. We accept no liability for items being stolen or damaged after delivery. Refunds are issued after we receive a returned item. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to be processed from the day we received the item. Buyer is responsible for repackaging and covering the return costs.
